I dig this. WHat instruments are you using?

Can I make a suggestion? Little less distortion, little more reverb. Even though forests don't echo, perhaps a bit of reverb would set the mood a bit more what you're going for. this seems a little bit more...outer-space like to me. But it's still good. Keep going-don't stop writing. Peace.

Thanks so much for the support! And, yes... For some reason when I bounced the audio file, the distortion showed up. :( I will have to go back and fix that.

its like a sleep aid.

atonal, arhythmic, trippy. I dig. Check mine out too-I submitted mine right before you.

Thanks, mate! :) Glad you liked it! Which track is yours? I've only checked out your 2010 submissions... Pretty nice instrumentation and tunes!

i dig it.

like this a lot man. keep it going.

this is tasty stuff guys. well done.

I dig it a lot! Nine because of recording quality but your drummer knows his stuff. If you get a chance, check my newest submission out! Our band name is Common Swift. Peace.

Catchy enough to study to. I liked it.

I think your leads could use a bit more...well more, in general. But I like how simplistic it sounds. Check some of my stuff out if you get a chance. Peace.

Good ideas, bit disorganized.

You need to make your leads/rhythm/beat/bass more fluid and more defined. This sounds kind of like a jumble. But you've got a lot of good ideas going here. Keep it going.

Tranquil. Dig it.

This has a solid progressive beat, easy to groove to. Nice going. The intro could use a subtle base line. Maybe like two notes every few measures? My opinion.

A Pent Flute! And I thought I was the only one.

This is really good sounding man. The Bodhran is well played, as is the uke. My only beef is that the flute has more delay than I would like, but that's my taste. You should do more of these, and really showcase the flute. I've been playing for maybe 2 years, and I'm just now starting to get into grace notes and such. Check out Travis Terry. He's one of the best flute players I've ever listened to. Might give you some ideas.

MikeTaylor responds:

Thanks for the advice, I only just dabbled with the flute I bought on a whim, I absolutely love the sound but haven't quite dedicated enough time to learning the ins and outs of it. I plan on recording some songs for a podcast series that will showcase more flute, and I'll play with the delay a little more. Thanks for the review!

Zep influence much?

Lol. Nice track.

wow eight reviews and a 4.13 is pretty good.

How did you do the drums in this, man?

iamawesomedealwithit responds:

All I did was layer some of the basic loops the program came with, as far as I can remember.
